In Short

  • Craft high-performing, world-class copy for paid ads and landing pages.
  • Write persuasive and engaging email campaigns that drive lead nurturing, upselling, and retention.
  • Develop sticky and memorable creative video scripts for marketing campaigns, product promotions, brand and customer testimonials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with creative and performance goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize content based on data and key metrics.
  • Come up with out-of-the-box marketing plays and creatives in pursuit of performance/business goals.
  • Contribute to A/B testing strategies by generating variations of headlines, CTAs, and messaging.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a content-related position, preferably in performance marketing or a B2B tech environment.
  • Proven experience creating high-impact marketing copy for paid ads, email campaigns, and video scripts.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to blend a data-driven approach with creative thinking.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to turn complex ideas into concise, actionable copy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and drive forward multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with an optimistic attitude and a hunger to learn.
  • Passion for performance marketing, data-driven storytelling, and digital advertising trends.
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital ad platforms - a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems - a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for performance content - a plus.
