In Short

  • Develop business partnerships and opportunities with Key prospects in the short term rental industry.
  • Manage sales cycles of complex SaaS products from start to finish.
  • Execute on Guesty’s Go To Market strategy within EMEA.
  • Develop a sales plan and execute it.
  • Incorporate customer perspective to deliver persuasive client presentations.
  • Diligently manage a pipeline and communications in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with Guesty HQ to report local knowledge.
  • Continuously outperform your quota.
  • Full ownership of all enterprise sales activities within your assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience.
  • English is a MUST; Spanish, French, and/or Italian are a huge plus.
  • SaaS sales experience is a MUST.
  • Must be closer; Ability to manage complex deals.
  • Previous sales methodology training and CRM experience.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Travel/Hospitality tech sales is a HUGE ADVANTAGE.
  • Must have an entrepreneurial approach.
  • An in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry is a huge plus!
  • Consultative/solution selling skills.
