Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team, managing significant parts of the hiring process.

In Short

• Join the Growth team at Guardio, a cybersecurity startup.
• Own significant parts of the hiring process.
• Manage initial kickoff meetings and conduct phone interviews.
• Build a strong talent pool for key positions.
• Coordinate and support the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Lead and execute recruitment projects.
• Analyze recruitment data for improvements.
• Be a focal point for employees and assist with welfare activities.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements.
• Help maximize employee experience within the People team.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience recruiting for technology positions.
• At least 2 years in a start-up company.
• Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills.
• Experience leading and executing recruitment projects.
• Can-do attitude and adaptability to change.
• Independent problem solver with a team-first mentality.
• High level of English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of the Comeet platform is an advantage.
