The Senior Reimbursement Specialist - Order Entry plays a key role in ensuring accurate claims submission and reimbursement processing to support the financial health of Guardant Health.

• Lead accurate entry of incoming demographics into the billing tool.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for complex claims issues.
• Perform comprehensive eligibility verification and coordination of benefits.
• Maintain high accuracy in data entry across billing systems.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in billing and reimbursement.
• Ability to handle complex payer issues and front-end rejections.
• Proficiency in billing platforms and payer portals.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Comfort with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in medical billing preferred.
