The Sales Training Specialist at Guardant Health will help execute our learning and development strategy by implementing various activities that support our key objectives in the oncology field.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of sales training experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
• Strong communication and virtual presentation skills.
• Project management skills and ability to lead teams.
• Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, SharePoint.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
