In Short

• Take detailed meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key meetings.
• Manage daily agendas, including top-of-day emails, meeting prep, and task reminders.
• Understand and organize project briefs, identify objectives, engage stakeholders, and ensure execution.
• Conduct weekly reporting and data entry on internal project boards.
• Regularly connect with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
• Perform ad-hoc data exports and update dashboards as needed.
• Work closely with creative and copy teams to support project needs.
• Capture action items, assign them in the project management tool, and track completion.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
• 2+ years using Trello or similar project management tools.
• 2+ years of experience with Excel or Google Sheets (basic to intermediate skills).
• Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Background in marketing with experience managing work streams from start to finish.
• Ability to work GMT hours effectively.
