Specialist I, New Client Booking - Remote

In Short

• Handle inbound calls from prospective clients and assess their needs.
• Match clients with Grow providers based on mental health goals.
• Guide clients through the booking process and confirm appointments.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in Intercom and Zoom.
• Manage daily tasks to meet booking and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the New Client Bookings team for continuous improvement.
• Work independently while being part of a remote team.
• Available to work 9am-6pm PST / 12pm-9pm EST.
• Excited to contribute to a dynamic startup environment.
• Bonus points for customer-facing experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales or call center client support.
• Ability to manage high volumes of inbound leads.
• Empathetic approach prioritizing customer value.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with asynchronous communication.
• Problem-solving skills and curiosity about technology.
• Independent and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 times per year.
• Track record of successful customer-facing experience is a plus.
