Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in infrastructure/platform projects.
• Deep experience automating cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes operations and lifecycle automation.
• Familiarity with multiple backend languages (Python, Go, Typescript).
• Strong foundations in networking concepts.
• Ability to prioritize outcomes over output.
• Self-starting and intrinsically motivated.
• Adaptable to new ideas and changes in priorities.
• Team player who communicates well and enjoys mentoring.
• Bonus points for experience with CI/CD pipelines and open-source contributions.
