• We’re looking for a Sr. Business Operations Associate.
• This position works closely with the Clinical team on initiatives and projects.
• Monitor performance and validate outcomes.
• Identify improvement opportunities strategically, clinically, and operationally.
• Create scalable systems, automations, workflows, and operational processes.
• Track and maintain metrics to monitor progress against clinical OKRs.
• Implement innovations to maximize quality, speed, and efficiency.
• Part of a remote-friendly team.
• Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Business Operations, Clinical.
• Salary range: $90,000 - $118,000 USD.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in business operations and strategy.
• Experience in automating manual processes.
• Experience working alongside or within Clinical teams.
• Proficient in Google Sheets (required).
• Skilled in building workflows in Hubspot (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
