In Short

  • Deliver high-quality onboarding experiences for new teammates.
  • Facilitate engaging live training sessions across onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling programs.
  • Train staff on compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer-specific requirements.
  • Use data to identify gaps and implement training that improves billing, collections, and denial management KPIs.
  • Bridge knowledge gaps between RCM and other departments.
  • Serve as a coach and learning partner for teammates post-onboarding.
  • Partner with team leads and managers to identify performance trends.
  • Support teammates in developing core competencies through coaching.
  • Embed learning into daily workflows for just-in-time learning.
  • Track and report on learning outcomes and engagement.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with practice management systems and electronic health records.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering RCM training.
  • Ability to support team members in achieving skill growth.
  • Passionate about teammate success and long-term learning.
  • Experience in Tech, HealthTech, or healthcare operations.
  • Strong facilitation skills for interactive learning sessions.
  • Comfortable coaching teammates one-on-one or in small groups.
  • Ability to create psychologically safe learning environments.
  • Confidence in navigating ambiguity and proposing new ideas.
  • Familiarity with various payor types including commercial insurance and Medicaid.
  • Comfortable using tools like LMS, design tools, and reporting suites.
