In Short

  • Provide inbound support to merchants by addressing and resolving campaign or account-related issues.
  • Nurture and grow existing merchant relationships through various communication channels.
  • Reconnect with former merchants to re-engage their partnership.
  • Gain a deep understanding of merchants' businesses and optimize deals for revenue growth.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high merchant satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for merchant collaborations.
  • Communicate market insights and new growth opportunities to merchants.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support your merchant portfolio.
  • Use knowledge of deal structure to achieve desired outcomes for both merchants and the company.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
