Overview

Group O is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager of Affinity Marketing. This leader will be part of our clients team that manages and oversees affinity marketing by strategically developing marketing plans to meet and exceed company objectives, working cross-functionally to deliver the affinity go-to-market plan for seamless execution, and establishing and cultivating strong relationships with internal and external clients.

In Short

  • Develop and execute strategic affinity marketing plans to achieve mutual business goals.
  • Create and communicate affinity marketing goals and plans and ensure all level of management are informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes for both DIRECTV and affinity partners.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to track and evaluate the positioning of affinity offers.
  • Effectively communicate audiences, value propositions, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to develop and maintain analytics reports.
  • Develop succinct and powerful go-to-market briefs.
  • Lead/own campaign plan of record and workback schedules.
  • Collaborate with numerous internal stakeholders for seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related discipline strongly preferred.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience with product marketing/management.
  • Affinity marketing experience either at a brand or agency.
  • Previous experience supervising direct reports or agencies is a plus.
  • Results-driven, creative, versatile team player.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency within PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable leading in a cross-functional environment.
