Program Manager - Advertising Technology - Remote

Overview

GroundTruth is an advertising platform that turns real-world behavior into marketing that drives in-store visits and other real business results. We use observed real-world consumer behavior, including location and purchase data, to create targeted advertising campaigns across all screens, measure how consumers respond, and uncover unique insights to help optimize ongoing and future marketing efforts.

In Short

• Lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering Leads.
• Manage dependencies and scheduling for engineering teams.
• Deliver technical products and solutions.
• Own detail-level design deliverables in partnership with design teams.
• Manage customer beta periods and lead rollouts.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 6+ years in product/project management in tech.
• Organized, detail-oriented, strong communicator.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years experience in software/tech industry.
• 2+ years program management experience in Agile environments.
• Proven success in AdTech or Digital Marketing.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools.
• Ability to deliver large-scale initiatives on time and within budget.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Certifications like PMP, PgMP, or Agile are a plus.
