In Short

  • Drive growth within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Lead technical sales activities including demonstrations and evaluations.
  • Develop understanding of customer needs through discovery and research.
  • Deliver tailored demos that address customer requirements.
  • Remove technology-related obstacles from sales opportunities.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Product.
  • Strong pre-sales experience in cybersecurity is required.
  • Active security clearance (TS/SCI) is necessary.
  • Located preferably in the DC/MD/VA area.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales engineering experience in cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with threat intelligence and cyber deception technologies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, TIP and OSINT investigations.
  • Experience with Python, Command Line Tools, JSON and APIs.
  • Understanding of Threat Hunting methodologies.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
