Overview

The Senior Analyst, Customer Experience will collaborate with the Marketing team to develop the company’s customer and employee experience roadmap aimed at driving customer engagement and improving both employee performance and operational efficiencies.

In Short

  • Review existing data analytics capabilities, software, and tools.
  • Assist in developing frameworks and metrics for measuring customer engagement and employee success.
  • Build reports and dashboards or coordinate data access for user platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on project design and implementation of web applications.
  • Support application testing and site usage improvements.
  • Assist with project implementation, training, and user adoption strategies.
  • Work with Marketing to create data-driven communication strategies.
  • 3+ years of business data analytics experience required.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data visualization software.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Agricultural Business, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of business data analytics and reporting experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems, database/warehouse, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI, Excel, and SQL.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
  • Certifications in data analysis or customer experience are preferred.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
