• Manage and support global Customer Experience (CX) programs.
• Oversee project timelines and coordination across teams.
• Manage relationships with implementation vendors.
• Provide analytical support using Excel, Python, and SQL.
• Design and refine customer surveys.
• Develop executive-ready reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize reporting platforms.
• Communicate project updates and insights clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer experience or consulting.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with CX platforms like Medallia or Qualtrics is a plus.
• Familiarity with statistical tools and basic programming knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience in survey design and analyzing survey data is a plus.
• Strong time management skills; able to balance multiple projects.
• Collaborative and self-motivated.
