The Senior Manager - Marketing, Events & Growth is responsible for driving demand generation, lead acquisition, and market insights that fuel the company’s sales pipeline and future growth opportunities. This role combines strategic event leadership, data-driven marketing, and market analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, agriculture, or related field OR 8 years of experience in marketing-related positions.
• At least 2 years of experience in agronomic and/or business management role.
• Strong understanding of growth marketing principles.
• Expertise in event strategy and execution.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and marketing automation.
• Experience working cross-departmentally.
• Analytical skills for market research and performance analysis.
• Exceptional leadership and project management abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
