In Short

• Critical leadership role overseeing Quality Engineering, Technical Operations, Developer Experience, and Internal Tools.
• Define and execute the roadmap for engineering quality and reliability.
• Champion a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to enhance software delivery.
• Lead the Quality Engineering organization with best practices in testing and automation.
• Drive Quality KPIs and metrics for the Engineering organization.
• Oversee Technical Operations for quick resolution of customer-reported issues.
• Improve Developer Experience to boost developer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach engineers and managers for future leadership development.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and solution design for complex issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Deep experience in Quality / Test Engineering teams.
• Proven success in leading engineering organizations across multiple domains.
• Strong technical knowledge with hands-on capability.
• Experience improving software development lifecycle processes.
• Expertise in CI/CD, automation, and building for reliability.
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on engineering quality.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with tactical execution.
