In Short

• Own the entire user experience of the Greenlight mobile app.
• Shape how families interact with their finances.
• Partner with stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Design, Research, Data, and Engineering.
• Define and execute the mobile app experience roadmap.
• Use insights to understand user behaviors and pain points.
• Define and track KPIs related to app engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate progress and challenges with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on best practices in UX and fintech.
• 7+ years of product management experience required.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Highly technical with a track record in product growth.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or engineering is a plus.
