• Responsible for helping viewers discover and enjoy great content.
• Set the overall direction for our mobile app experience.
• Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Partner with peer teams on growth, personalization, and content curation.
• Drive positive impact to engagement and monetization metrics.
• Foster a cohesive and high-performing team.
• Scope and execute on multiple tracks of experimentation.
• Experience in product management for consumer-facing mobile products.
• Strong expertise in product experimentation.

Requirements

• 7-10 years experience in product management.
• Strong expertise in product experimentation.
• Analytical mindset with metrics and decision frameworks.
• Deep understanding of UX principles.
• Experience across Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience with consumer video and/or entertainment products is a plus.
