Senior Counsel, Sales & Growth - Remote

Overview

Tubi is a free streaming service that entertains over 100 million monthly active users. We are looking to add a Senior Counsel to our legal team to support our digital ad sales and technology growth initiatives.

In Short

• Draft, negotiate, and review advertising agreements.
• Advise on data use and compliance issues.
• Conduct contract and risk analysis.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Assist legal team with overflow work and training.
• 6+ years legal experience required.
• Experience with digital ad sales and technology agreements.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• JD from a top-tier ABA-accredited law school required.

Requirements

• 6+ years legal experience between an established law firm and an entertainment, media, advertising and/or technology company.
• Experience negotiating and drafting technology and/or commercial agreements.
• Experience with digital ad sales agreements and data use agreements.
• Excellent negotiator with strong drafting skills.
• Team player with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a high-volume workload.
• JD from a top-tier ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
• Admission to the state bar in at least one U.S. state.
