Staff Engineer, SDET - Remote

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer in Test, oriented towards quality, to build robust frameworks that validate customer journey flows and end to end scenarios.

In Short

• Define the scope and procedures for quality engineering of the application.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Kotlin and Swift.
• Determine the best automation framework fit for developers.
• Test APIs for resiliency, latency, and performance.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners.
• Create reusable components for other applications.
• Triage potential problems with logging solutions.
• Support the implementation of quality in the CICD pipeline.
• Own testing metrics to identify gaps.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience with automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jenkins, Github Actions, or similar CI/CD.
• Deep understanding of API and microservices testing.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with JIRA and Atlassian products.
