In Short

• Prepare journal entries and analyze automated revenue postings.
• Review contracts and sales orders with commercial customers.
• Monitor day-to-day billing activities and support month-end close.
• Prepare reconciliations for accounts associated with revenue streams.
• Assist in preparation and analysis of different revenue streams.
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in revenue operations.
• Translate ASC 606 requirements into revenue channels.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders for proper revenue recognition.
• Develop project plans for departmental projects.
• Provide support for financial accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in industry or public accounting.
• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP and revenue recognition platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 requirements.
• Experience in corporate month-end closing cycle.
• Excellent time and self-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to assist with various projects.
• Team first mentality.
