In Short

• Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including platforms like marketing automation, analytics, CMS, and ABM platforms.
• Support campaign execution with martech infrastructure, user segmentation, lead scoring, and audience targeting.
• Manage integrations between marketing systems and other tools, ensuring data flows seamlessly.
• Partner with Marketing and Data/Engineering teams for tracking, attribution models, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
• Ensure data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations across marketing systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and support for marketing technology issues.
• Create documentation and training to drive adoption and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with marketing tools like Segment, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Salesforce, and Marketo.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration concepts.
• Familiarity with attribution modeling and UTM tracking; SQL or BI tools knowledge is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to align martech decisions with marketing and business goals.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and their implications for marketing data.
• Clear communicator who can work effectively across teams.
