THC Beverage Account Executive, Northern Florida - Remote

Overview

The Account Executive will play a key role in expanding our THC-infused beverage business and growing consumer access to our products in Northern Florida.

In Short

• Drive market share growth by gaining new distribution.
• Ensure accounts carrying our products are fully stocked and prominently displayed.
• Blend sales strategy and merchandising execution.
• Provide insights and support to maximize sales potential.
• Travel up to 100% in the Northern Florida market.
• Work closely with both off-premise and on-premise accounts.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
• Monitor competitive activity for market growth opportunities.
• Manage in-store and on-premise sampling programs.
• Educate store staff and consumers on product benefits.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in the beverage or CPG industry.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
• Must pass background checks and comply with regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
