In Short

  • We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Success Manager.
  • This critical role ensures a seamless experience throughout the customer journey, driving satisfaction and engagement with our SaaS solution.
  • You will play a dynamic role, blending customer experience assurance with a touch of project management.
  • Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with our Sales and Product teams.
  • You’ll be the key point of contact for ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value they derive from our products.
  • This customer-facing role is integral to onboarding clients effectively and driving their ongoing success.
  • You’ll also coordinate internal resources to ensure excellence at every stage of the customer relationship.
  • Conduct technical assessments and create onboarding timelines with the Project management team.
  • Manage relationships, address escalations, and monitor customer health metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years in customer service roles within tech-focused companies.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) and Spanish is required.
  • Strong understanding of integrating and using B2B products.
  • Outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Success in B2B, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience or knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a bonus.
