In Short

  • Join a fully-remote Customer Success team as a UX Research Partner.
  • Train and onboard customers on software and research strategy.
  • Document and share best practices in UX research.
  • Run pilot programs and facilitate researcher office hours.
  • Develop scalable research enablement materials.
  • Work with Enterprise customers to democratize UX research.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX research or related fields required.
  • Customer-centric with a focus on positive user experiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research or research operations.
  • 3+ years of direct customer research or interaction.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into actionable insights.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated excellence in dependability and accountability.
  • Coachable and able to thrive under pressure.
