Overview

The Success Lead is a member of the Implementation Services team and supports Great Minds in its mission to promote adoption and effective implementation of all curriculum products.

• Manage a portfolio of strategic district partnerships.
• Partner with district and school leaders for effective implementations.
• Support district partners to achieve aggressive KPIs.
• Provide on-site targeted support to district leaders.
• Facilitate leadership professional learning networks.
• Gather and monitor implementation success metrics.
• Collaborate with sales professionals to expand adoptions.
• Represent Great Minds at conferences and contribute to content.
• Maintain a strong and supportive Great Minds culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in education, with 3 years as a school leader or instructional coach.
• Experience managing strategic district partnerships.
• Proficiency with Great Minds curricula.
• Demonstrated proficiency in educational consulting and coaching.
• Experience with digital and print education platforms.
• Strong organizational habits for project management.
• Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions.
