The Director of Print Supply Operations at Great Minds is responsible for the end-to-end print strategy and execution, ensuring high-quality printed instructional materials are produced and delivered on time.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in print operations within K–12 educational publishing.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• 3+ years managing an annual budget of $50M – $100M.
• Knowledge of BMI standards and print manufacturing practices.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel to manufacturing sites as needed.
• Effective communication skills at the executive level.
• Experience with large state adoptions and demand cycles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
