Overview

Gravie is looking for a Vice President and Head of Product for Comfort, to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of their product roadmap for level-funded solutions, driving innovation and improving outcomes.

In Short

• Own the technical product vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Drive accountability for the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap.
• Ensure actionable requirements and user stories are created.
• Manage successful delivery of the product roadmap.
• Conduct assessments for new capability development.
• Assess and evaluate resources needed for solutions delivery.
• Lead and scale the product management function.
• Foster a high-performance culture in the team.
• Build partnerships across various teams.
• Act as a key product voice in strategic planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• 5+ years in product leadership roles.
• Proven experience in building and scaling product teams.
• Deep understanding of healthcare, preferably health insurance.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Experience working with Engineering and Design leaders.
• Passion for simplifying complex systems.
