Senior Product Manager, Health Plan Product - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Health Plan Product to lead strategy and execution for Gravie’s insurance products. You will define and bring to market impactful health plan products that align with our growth strategy, improve affordability, and enhance outcomes for members.

In Short

• Define and lead product development strategy for insurance products.
• Identify new product opportunities through market research and data analysis.
• Collaborate with various teams to refine health plan features.
• Drive end-to-end development of new features.
• Define and track success metrics.
• Develop financial incentive experiences impacting healthcare affordability.

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in health insurance product development.
• Understanding of health plan benefit design and concepts.
• Knowledge of sales and underwriting processes for self-funded health plans.
• Expertise with healthcare data and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Relevant Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with SMB markets and network strategy.
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies and insurance policy trends.
• Experience in compliance-heavy environments.
• Self-starter with leadership ability in ambiguous situations.
