Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Gravie’s ICHRA product, focusing on enhancing the user experience across various touchpoints.

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for Gravie’s ICHRA platform.
• Manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Coordinate planning across multiple teams and set strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.
• Ensure high-quality specifications and effective backlog management.
• Monitor platform performance and inform prioritization.
• Communicate updates and decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ICHRA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs.
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
