• Oversight of the bank's adherence to consumer regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in compliance management in banking or financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations.
• Experience in developing and managing Compliance Management Systems (CMS).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional certifications like CRCM or CCEP are encouraged.
