Technical Trainer - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Trainer at Granicus, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-impact training sessions to public sector clients, helping them maximize the value of our GovTech solutions.

In Short

• Deliver live, interactive training sessions (both virtual and in-person) for public sector clients.
• Tailor training content to address client-specific needs and GovTech industry best practices.
• Manage multiple training engagements from scheduling to completion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, advocating best practices for client success.
• Provide post-training support and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Implementation teams.
• Assist in refining and updating training materials.
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate client feedback.
• Travel up to 50% nationwide for on-site trainings.

Requirements

• Passion for training and empowering public sector clients.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to adapt training approaches to different audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and online training tools.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and content management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education or training.
