Technical Trainer - Remote

Overview

The Technical Trainer is responsible for developing engaging learning materials, both online and in-class, that empower public sector clients to get the most value from our GovTech solutions.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials for online and in-person use.
• Incorporate software virtualization tools to simulate real-world product usage.
• Develop and launch certification programs tailored for the GovTech industry.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure certification content meets industry standards.
• Design and deliver interactive labs, workshops, and tutorials.
• Continuously enhance lab environments to keep pace with product updates.
• Partner with Project Managers to align training objectives with client goals.
• Advocate best practices to ensure long-term client success.
• Work closely with Product Development to manage updates impacting training content.
• Track and analyze training program metrics for improvement opportunities.

• Experience creating learning materials in various formats.
• Proven ability to develop and facilitate certification programs.
• Familiarity with responsive web design and online training facilitation.
• Experience utilizing software virtualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong consultative approach to client relationships.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Previous experience developing certification or training programs is desirable.
