Requirements

• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience using Grafana in real environments
• Understanding of observability practices
• Ability to ship production-grade changes
• Familiarity with TypeScript and/or Go is a bonus
• Full-stack experience is a plus
• Experience with Kubernetes is desirable
• Open source contribution experience is a bonus
• Strong communication skills for documentation and presentations
