Onboarding Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

We are creating an Onboarding Solutions Architect team to hyper accelerate our customers’ first realization of value. We’re looking for technical experts to join our Professional Services team to pioneer this new, transformational position. Your impact will be highly visible and undoubtedly positive.

In Short

• Provision licenses for new customers
• Directly implement Grafana functionality during customer onboarding
• Be responsible for full activation within 90 days
• Collaborate with Sales, SEs and Observability Architects
• Teach training sessions using our standard content
• Document and share customer success stories
• Maintain professionalism and empathy across multiple customers
• Implement, train and troubleshoot with customers
• Enhance customer documentation and create internal enablement material
• Stay current on Grafana Labs and related technologies

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in deployment teams
• Direct experience with observability
• Experience as an Onboarding Solutions Architect (preferred)
• Best practices for using and deploying an observability stack
• Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Executive Presence and experience with *nix and Windows Server Administration
• Kubernetes experience (kubectl, Helm, Tanka preferred)
• Experience with Cloud Platforms - AWS, GCP, Azure
• Software Engineering experience and ability to read code (GoLang/JS/TypeScript)
