Overview

As a Middle CRM Specialist at GR8 Tech, you will be involved in developing and implementing customer retention strategies, optimizing personalized offers, and analyzing customer data to enhance retention efforts.

Requirements

• 1 year as Junior CRM Manager.
• Experience in CRM and deep understanding of CRM principles.
• Analytical skills and experience with customer data.

• Excellent communication skills.
