Requirements

• 5+ years in the industry (preferably in casino management).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience within complex multi-stack ecosystems.
• 3+ years experience managing complex teams, 20+ people.
• Strong conflict management and time management skills.
• Track record of successful projects with indirect management.
• Upper-intermediate/advanced English level.
• Ukrainian or Russian: Upper-Intermediate level.
• Understanding of different team topologies.
• Experience in designing and delivery of high load PaaS products.
• Experience in B2B gambling platform products.
