Overview

The Sr. Manager of Loyalty & Subscriber Experience will lead the development of long-term relationships with customers, creating a loyalty program that aligns with retention marketing strategies.

  • Design and launch a loyalty program to improve repeat rates and customer lifetime value.
  • Define integration of loyalty and subscription offerings.
  • Maintain a loyalty testing roadmap.
  • Analyze member behavior and share insights with teams.
  • Manage loyalty-specific promotions.
  • Establish documentation for loyalty processes.
  • Serve as the expert on loyalty strategy.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or loyalty roles.
  • Experience launching or owning a loyalty program.
  • Ability to build differentiated loyalty benefits.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with loyalty platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset regarding customer behavior.
  • Values testing and scalable processes.
