Senior CRO Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Senior CRO Specialist to accelerate our conversion optimization and user experience improvements across our digital properties. You’ll lead landing page builds from brief to launch, drive testing velocity, and uncover user behavior insights that fuel continuous growth.

In Short

• Lead landing page builds from brief to launch.
• Launch and QA structured tests regularly.
• Track performance and surface insights after tests go live.
• Analyze user behavior through scrollmaps and heatmaps.
• Take ownership of UI/UX across our website and product pages.
• Coordinate with designers and developers for alignment.
• Build inside Replo for test launches.
• Write clear landing page briefs and testing hypotheses.
• 2-3 years of performance marketing or UX experience required.
• Proficiency with behavior analysis tools and GA4.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of performance marketing or UX experience.
• 1+ year of CRO-related experience.
• Experience using Replo or similar builders.
• Proficiency with behavior analysis tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4.
• Familiarity with Shopify analytics.
• Ability to identify friction in user journeys.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Curiosity and action-biased mindset.
• User-obsessed approach to testing.
