Overview

As our Senior Account Manager, Mass Retail, you’ll lead our expansion and optimization efforts in the mass channel—with a near-term focus on scaling Target and Walmart. You’ll build and nurture strategic relationships, drive thoughtful growth plans, and ensure best-in-class execution across multiple stakeholders.

In Short

  • Own day-to-day management and long-term growth strategy for our key mass retail accounts, focusing on Target and Walmart.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with buyers, brokers, and internal cross-functional partners.
  • Lead planning and execution for new product launches, merchandising programs, and promotional calendars.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches and tailored business proposals that speak to retailer-specific needs.
  • Design channel-specific formats and pack sizes that maintain brand integrity while meeting retailer requirements.
  • Partner with Ops to align on demand forecasts and ensure OTIF performance.
  • Work with Marketing to develop and execute channel-specific plans that drive awareness and velocity.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, competitive trends, and inventory.
  • Help evolve our mass retail playbook to support sustainable, profitable growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales or account management experience in mass or club retail.
  • Proven success launching and scaling brands in the mass channel.
  • Deep understanding of mass retail economics and merchandising strategy.
  • Highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and resourceful.
  • Data-literate and comfortable making recommendations from tools like SPINS, Nielsen, or IRI.
  • Strong communicator who’s confident presenting to stakeholders.
  • Excited to be part of a small but mighty team.
