Influencer Whitelisting, Sr Associate - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Influencer Whitelisting, Sr Associate to own and scale our whitelisting efforts across Grüns and emerging brands. You’ll manage the entire whitelisting process from sourcing high-performing content to partner setup, significantly increasing our volume of whitelisted influencer content that drives revenue and traffic.

• Scale whitelisting volume significantly by sourcing high-performing influencer and seeded content.
• Own end-to-end whitelisting process: sourcing content, sending offers, contracting, and setting up partners.
• Partner with the seeding team to activate eligible content from seeded partners.
• Execute whitelisting strategy for emerging brands.
• Collaborate with paid media and compliance teams on content strategy.
• Monitor and report on key partner metrics monthly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-performing influencers.
• Create compelling creative briefs.
• Negotiate budgets and manage influencer communications.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of influencer marketing experience.
• Experience managing influencer budgets and negotiations.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Understanding of key performance metrics.
• Experience developing influencer-facing creative briefs.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Preferably has experience with Meta advertising platforms.
