Overview

The In-Season Program Manager will oversee the business-as-usual in-season pipeline, collaborating across teams to execute and deliver seasonal product strategies and customer experiences.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects.
  • Proactive and stress-resilient.
  • Curious and supportive in problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with conflict resolution.
  • Experience with collaborative cloud tools.
  • Ability to drive progress while focusing on customer experience.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
