Overview

In this role, you will manage global online performance marketing and media for our iconic brands Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. This team is product obsessed, customer-focused, innovative, fast-moving and team-oriented.

In Short

  • Execute direct marketing strategies in collaboration with brand marketing organizations.
  • Create and execute personalized marketing campaigns and orchestration of marketing channels.
  • Support digital growth through increase in performance marketing spend and optimization of the platform.
  • Implement digital customer acquisition strategies and measurement across brands.
  • Build cross functional partnerships and consensus.
  • Influence strategy for area/team.
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to use pivot tables and filters.
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics and digital media.
  • Ability to assess complex situations and analyze data for decision making.

Requirements

  • Preferred knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, SQL).
  • Well-versed in marketing metrics like conversion rates and ROI.
  • Familiarity with web analytics (e.g. Omniture).
  • Sound knowledge of concepts and procedures specific to marketing.
  • Basic understanding of procedures in other relevant areas.
