Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the organic growth of all our social media channels across multiple Ruby Labs brands.

In Short

• Lead the organic social media strategy across all Ruby Labs brands and platforms.
• Conceptualise and launch viral content campaigns.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars for each brand.
• Grow follower base and engagement while improving product sign-ups.
• Collaborate with designers to guide content production.
• Track and report on key metrics weekly and monthly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest platform trends.
• Collaborate with product teams to align messaging.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Strong ideation skills and ability to turn ideas into viral moments.
• Experience managing content calendars and engagement workflows.
• Ability to measure performance and optimise content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly autonomous and proactive.
