Overview

The Principal Enterprise Architect will lead the design and execution of integrated technology architecture to enhance customer experiences across digital and physical channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years in commerce or omnichannel transformation.
• Experience with Headless eCommerce and Digital Experience Platforms.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Experience with real-time AI/ML integrations.
• Familiarity with AI platforms like Vertex AI and Amazon Bedrock.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines and MLOps.
• Exposure to composable commerce and MACH architecture.
• Retail or DTC brand experience preferred.
