Overview

GEICO is seeking a Commercial Claims Counsel to join its Corporate Litigation and Investigations Division, offering legal services and advice on complex commercial insurance claims and litigation.

In Short

• Provide legal advice on claims of heightened complexity.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Up-to-date understanding of key legal issues.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities.
• Experience handling bad faith or extra-contractual litigation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Federal or State court Clerkship preferred.
