Sales Associate (Contract) - Remote

Overview

GoodParty.org is seeking a mission-driven Sales Associate contractor to focus on Middle of Funnel (MOFU) engagement, working with converted candidates to help them adopt and actively use our tools.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted guide to independent candidates, helping them launch and grow grassroots campaigns.
• Identify impactful ways our Pro tools can accelerate candidates' outreach and success.
• Explain how Pro tools work to inspire confidence in candidates.
• Empower candidates to take action using our platform tools.
• Ensure candidates feel supported, whether they are first-time or seasoned candidates.
• Connect candidates to additional support like Political Advisors and training resources.
• Keep candidate records up to date in HubSpot, tracking progress and touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine tools and user success strategies.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in outreach, sales, business development, or political organizing.
• Skilled at building trust and guiding people toward action.
• Ability to explain complex tools clearly and communicate with confidence.
• Experience managing a pipeline in HubSpot or equivalent CRM.
• Comfortable using technology and adopting AI-powered tools.
• Self-motivated and thrive in fast-paced environments.
