GoodParty.org is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to help reinvent civic leadership in America. You’ll lead a rapidly growing mission-driven engineering team, ship ambitious 0 to 1 products, and integrate AI at the core of everything we build.

• Lead and empower a mission-critical engineering team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience managing frontend and backend engineers.
• Comfortable doing 0 to 1 work and leading greenfield builds.
• Strong development skills across tech stack.
• Champion of AI-native workflows.
• Experience creating inclusive team cultures.
• Thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Clear and respectful communication skills.
